Our Gingerbread House, Captain's House and Waterfront Cottage, all adjacent to the Main House, provide a wide range of modern accommodations for guests. All rooms feature private baths, a/c, telephone, refrigerator, coffee maker and satellite television.
Main House
Nine new luxury rooms above the lobby & restaurant. These rooms have flat screen televisions, spa tubs, pillowtop beds, highspeed internet access, hair dryers, microwaves, irons and ironing boards.
The Gingerbread House
The Gingerbread house features kitchenette apartments and quaint rooms, all with refrigerators, with some that overlook the lawn, pool and marina.
The Captain's House
The Captain's House features deluxe rooms, tastefully decorated in a colonial motif, with refrigerators and most with private balconies overlooking the water.
The Waterfront Cottage
The Waterfront Cottage offers quaint rooms (with ceramic tiled showers), television and air conditioning

•We can arrange complimentary transportation to and from the Greenport bur or train station when notified 2 days in advance.
•Weekend rates apply to all weekday holiday periods.
•All prices are based on 2 people in rooms each day.
•A minimum desposit of one day's rental is required.
•All reservations subject to confirmation.
•Reservations are considered commitments for the entire stay.
•Deposits are applied to final bill according to your reservation.
•A 95% refund of your deposit will be made if we are notified of cancellations at least one week in advance.
•Cancellations made less than one week prior to arrival date will be refunded subject to the re-rental of the accomodation for your entire reservation period.
•On select weekends and all of May through October, minimum stay of 2 or more nights are required.
•There is an additional charge of $10 per additional guest per night ages 4 and over.
